JENNIFER FARLIN
started Bella Home Staging many years ago when she was the
“chief decorator” for her Barbie Townhouse, (she was five
years old). Since then she’s been decorating, redecorating,
redesigning, staging, and organizing right up to today.
Jennifer obtained her professional certification from the
leader in the industry, Home Staging Resources (HSR).
Professional home stagers who have gone through HSR
Certification have gone through training that is typically
five times longer than the average staging training
available. In addition, she has a BA from Michigan State
University in Art and Humanities and has studied photography
from Anne Arundel College in Maryland and the Hermitage
Foundation Visual Arts School in Norfolk.
MONICA JOHNSON
obtained her Industrial and Interior Design degree from the
University of Jorge Tadeo Lozano in Bogota, Colombia. In
1995, she moved to Norfolk, Virginia to attend Old Dominion
University to further develop her English and tutor students
in Spanish.
Monica’s 14 years of design experience enabled her to become
an award winning designer with Ethan Allen for several years
before becoming the owner of Designs by Mony, where she
offered full service design, focusing on custom window
treatments and high-end décor.
CASSANDRA COX MCBRYDE
received her BA in Communications from Houston Baptist
University and obtained her certification as an HSR
Professional Home Stager before joining Bella Home Staging.
She brings over 15 years of experience in event planning,
marketing, advertising, and sales with her to Bella.
Cassandra has a keen eye for placement and functionality of
home décor, and can transform any space into a fluid and
functional environment. Her attention to detail, and love
for organization led to her specialization in finding order
in chaos.
Jennifer, Cassandra, and Monica met each other through their
Navy husbands over 12 years ago. After so many years of
friendship, they decided to channel their varied creative
qualities and form Bella Home Staging. Between the three of
them, they have a total of 33 moving experiences through the
Navy. They understand the challenges of moving and can make
a difficult situation extremely easy to manage. Using their
innate abilities, they contribute to helping make the lives
of both military and civilian families easier to move and
easier to live.
Bella Home Staging takes great pride in the ability to make
